HOW MY COMMITMENT TO HEALTH STARTED

Hi, I'm Lorenzo, founder of BTR Gummies. My commitment to improving my health started during my teenage years. I struggled with insomnia, anxiety and low testosterone when I was in high school. I remembered nights of tossing, turning, and being unable to shut my brain off. There was so much pressure trying to excel in my school work while my mental health and sleep were suffering. 

TRYING DIFFERENT OPTIONS

Throughout the years, I experimented with different types of sleep supplements, including pure forms of specific compounds. One of the most popular ones I have tried is melatonin, often used to help relax the body and promote a restful night's sleep. However, I discovered that taking too much melatonin can have the opposite effect. In fact, it ended up interfering with my body's natural production of melatonin, leading to feelings of agitation and even causing me to experience nightmares. 

Being a dedicated gym member, I always kept myself updated with the latest health supplements that hit the market. I spent hours researching the ingredients, their benefits, and side effects to ensure I made the right choice for my body. A few options were available, but upon trying them, it was evident that they did not quite hit the mark. While they may have been effective somehow, they certainly did not have the desired delicious taste. 

THE PIVOTING MOMENT

I started to think about how many other people might be experiencing similar problems. This realization sparked an idea: what if I could create a line of supplements that helped people overcome their health challenges and tasted delicious? That's when I started researching and experimenting with different ingredients and flavours, determined to create a product that would not only be effective but also enjoyable to consume. 

THE BIRTH OF BTR GUMMIES

After months of hard work, I finally developed a range of supplements that I was proud of and knew would make a real difference in people's lives. I created the perfect blend of ingredients into tasty little gummy bears, which promote deep restorative sleep and calm the mind and body. 

With this, BTR Gummies was born.
